Sometimes it’s hard to see our own strength / resilience / success even though others see it; the shade can hide the light and the shadows move. To get back to a better place, as hard as it seems, sometimes we need to flip our mindset on it’s head, focus on what we love and not lament on the bad times and weather the storm until we can find peace again.
